Karina Shorten
Stage Manager

Karina comes to CBT with a degree in Stage Management and Music from Boston University. She has worked with Boston Ballet, Boston Lyric Opera, and the Scottish National Opera, among others. Karina also holds an MSc from Edinburgh University in Social Anthropology and African Studies, specializing in comparative genocide studies. In her spare time, Karina plays baritone sax in a local big band, runs a cut flower farm in Union, and homeschools her three kiddos.
